Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead in-store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will guide customers, oversee stock and cashier processes, and help maintain high store standards with the team.

You will work across a dynamic shift pattern in a fast paced environment, supporting development and ensuring a positive customer experience every day. A competitive salary and benefits package are provided.

• An experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Great at giving amazing customer service, and able to translate that into sales.
