Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience; preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Genuine excitement for retail and sales; passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with consumers and team members.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to completing tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the Crocs CHARM service model.
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment with suggestions and concerns.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with daily follow-up.
• Learn and assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge and visual presentation.
• Support daily retail operations: POS system use, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
• Lead by example to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Crocs Asset Protection policies, inventory control and compliance procedures.
