Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Store Team Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead store operations in the United Kingdom. You’ll coach staff, ensure visual presentation, manage stock and POS processes, and support promotions while upholding Crocs’ brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience; with a preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with consumers and team members alike.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with daily activities.
• Learn & assist in various store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement.
• Support team members in daily execution of retail operations such as POS, stock replenishment and pricing.
