Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs procedures.
• Coordinate store activities and meet deadlines with follow-up.
• Assist in multiple departments: consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room.
• Support daily store operations including POS, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions.
• Represent Crocs as a brand ambassador and uphold asset protection standards.
