Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, with preference for store leadership.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with a sales-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with daily follow-up of activities.
• Learn and assist in multiple departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation and stock management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS system usage, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty promotions, and store cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies including shortage prevention and inventory control.
