Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience; prior store leadership preferred.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the Crocs service model.
• Coordinate and meet store deadlines; prioritize daily activities.
• Assist in departments such as consumer service, product knowledge, and stock room management.
• Support sales-driven initiatives and loyalty programs.
