Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt in Oxford is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will support colleague development and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations on a 40-hour contract with flexibility for weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

You will coach staff, uphold product knowledge and drive KPI performance, while handling light stock, operations and compliance tasks in a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail position at Supervisor or Key Holder level.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience in managing stock, operations and visual merchandising.
• Proven ability to consistently prioritise customer service while achieving excellent sales results.
• Experience with coaching and training individual KPI performance.
