Job summary

Bestway Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious and passionate Supervisor to join our Store. You will lead by example, deliver excellent customer service, maintain brand standards, and help drive promotions.

You will train new team members, manage a busy shop floor, and coordinate with colleagues to resolve issues while working flexible hours across a 6am–10pm trading day. A strong team player attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service
• Present the store in-line with the company brand standards guidelines
• Promptly resolve or report all issues affecting the customer experience
• Communicate positively with all colleagues, offering advice and assistance when needed
• Build relationships with the local community to develop a positive representation of the brand
• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are being always followed and adhered to
• Upsell and promote our company wide promotions
• Provide training to new members of the team
• Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees
• Must be able to work flexible shift patterns throughout the trading day (6am - 10pm)
• Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members
