You will manage the customer journey, plan trading activity, and support your teams with coaching and HR guidance to keep service levels high and colleagues engaged.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or operating a store
• Strong leadership and customer service focus
• Data-driven decision making and planning
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee relations

Responsabilités

• Lead Convenience Store operations and customer service standards
• Plan and prepare for trading activity up to 6 months ahead
• Manage teams of Customer and Trading Managers to run shifts
• Ensure safety, legality, and high store performance under changing programmes
