Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead store operations and deliver outstanding service across front of house and back of house.

You will manage the front-end checkout, oversee petrol station operations where applicable, and coach a team to meet KPIs on sales, stock availability and colleague engagement. A proven track record in leadership and customer-focused delivery is essential.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in a fast-paced store environment.
Obsessed with customers and service, coaching teams to improve.
Track record of delivering KPIs across sales and customer metrics.
Experience managing performance issues and employee relations fairly.
Ability to run store operations independently when needed.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the overall customer experience across the store.
Manage front-end checkout operations to meet customer expectations.
Oversee operations in our petrol station if applicable.
Lead people management, performance reviews, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
Occasionally assume overall store responsibility to direct and support staff.
