Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Newport is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at Unit 14 Newport Retail Park. You will oversee customer service, merchandising, and daily store operations, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent experiences.

The role offers full-time hours (39 per week) with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Benefits include a competitive salary, performance bonus, staff discount, and generous annual leave.

• 2+ years in retail management or equivalent leadership role.
