Job summary

Superdrug is hiring a Store Manager in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. 39 hours per week, full-time, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary up to £34,500 per annum. Manage a busy retail store, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will create in-store promotions, control stock and budgets, and drive sales through merchandising. Training is provided for optional piercing services to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and motivation.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Willingness to perform piercing services for customers with training (optional).

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £34.500 Per Annum

The Role

As the Store Manager, you'll;

• Lead & develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service & maximise performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 2+ years
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.

• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
