Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Wimborne Minster is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager and lead the team.

You will recruit, inspire and motivate staff, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and ensure operational excellence with audits, budgets and stock control.

Hours: 39 per week. Shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary: up to £31,600 per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
