Superdrug invites applications for a Store Manager in Sutton Coldfield. You will lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service, maximise store performance, and create engaging in-store promotions.

You will manage operations, merchandising, stock control and budgets while driving sales. A proactive leader with customer-service excellence will thrive in this role, with opportunities for progression and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, ideally 2+ years in a store leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
• Willingness to perform piercing services with training provided (Optional).

Location: The Parade, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B72 1PD

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £40,000 Per Annum

The Role

As the Store Manager, you’ll;
