Job summary

Superdrug in Newport is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive sales, manage stock and budgets, and create exciting in-store promotions to maximise performance.

The role requires retail leadership experience, a passion for service, and strong decision-making. Flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, ideally 2+ years.
• Strong leadership to inspire and motivate teams.
• Passion for customer service and driving sales.
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
• Willingness to undergo piercing services with training (optional).

Location: Unit 14 Newport Retail Park, Spytty Road, Newport, Gwent NP19 4QQ GBR

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £45,000 Per Annum

The Role

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 2+ years

• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
