Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Peterborough is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team, deliver outstanding customer service, and maximise store performance. You will create exciting in-store promotions and ensure operational excellence.

The role requires 2+ years in retail management, strong leadership, and a customer-focused sales mindset with the ability to make decisions and solve problems. Training is provided, with optional piercing services.

Shift pattern

Full-time - flexibleshift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we candiscuss this further at interview.

Salary

Up to £40,000 PerAnnum
