The Abbey in Ipswich is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a busy sales team and deliver a first-class customer experience. You’ll be responsible for daily store operations, coaching and developing colleagues, managing rotas and targets, and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment.

Job Description

If the answer is yes then we have the role for you! We're looking for a Store Manager to lead the team in Ipswich. As a Store Manager, you'll be expected to manage the day to day operation of the store, manage, coach and develop the team to achieve targets and make sure customers receive first class customer service. As a Store Manager you can earn up to £50,000 with commission.

What does the role involve?

• Manage the day to day operation of the store
• Motivate, coach and support the sales team to hit set targets
• Create an environment where every member of the team is valued and supported to perform at their best
• Manage sales budgets and delivery targets
• Manage rotas, holidays and sickness
• Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store
• Deal with customer queries and complaints
• Make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Recruit, train and develop your team
• Review and manage your team's performance
• Complying with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
