• Implement trading plans, including visual merchandising, for all periods.
• Plan staffing levels and manage rotas against trading plan.
• Ensure HR processes are completed for timely payroll and development of the team.
• Recruit, develop and train a high performing team.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance in store and training.
• Address employee relations in line with company policies.
• Maintain personal development plans and performance reviews.
• Manage cash, stock and security to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Drive new initiatives to achieve store objectives.
• Prepare and complete store audits with stock accuracy and admin standards.
