Job summary

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Southampton area to support the Store Manager and lead the sales team to meet commercial goals. Deputising for the Store Manager during their absence, you will ensure excellent customer service and a high-standard shopping environment.

You will coach and develop staff, manage floor operations, and maintain visual merchandising standards while driving sales and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives.
• Deputise Store Manager during absence and support operations.
