Qualifications

• Proficient with POS systems and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, merchandising and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
