Job summary

Moss is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead all aspects of store performance and customer experience. You will guide and motivate colleagues to deliver a consistent customer journey, with entrepreneurial flair and strong people skills.

As an ambassador for the Moss brand, you will drive commercial performance, maintain stock control, and ensure top-tier visual merchandising and service excellence across all store operations.

Qualifications

• Experienced in retail operations and customer service.
• Knowledgeable in global fashion trends and inclusive tailoring.
• Experience using sales/ performance data to drive store success.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for store performance and delivering an outstanding in‑store experience.
• Lead by example with high service standards and positive store environment.
• Drive productivity and strive for high levels of sales per hour.
• Develop the team through coaching and feedback to achieve KPI targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across services (Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations).
• Use sales data to inform decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in management reviews and plan commercial initiatives.
• Support People processes and develop Deputy Manager.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and support regional goals.
• Oversee stock deliveries and stock control to minimise loss.
• Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards and brand presentation.
