Moss in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead store performance, deliver a premium customer journey and drive commercial success. You will mentor colleagues, optimise operations, and ensure the Moss Essentials of Service are delivered consistently across all touchpoints.

As a brand ambassador, you will blend product expertise with data insights, coach teams to achieve KPIs, manage stock and merchandising, and act as a proactive area-wide support for the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Experienced in retail operations and customer service with knowledge of fashion trends.
• Ability to leverage sales and performance insights to improve store results.
• Capable of creating engaging brand-aligned visual displays.
• Understanding of retail growth strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance with a focus on exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and coach the team to achieve KPI targets and service standards.
• Ensure stock control, stock delivery and VM standards are maintained.
• Utilise data to inform decisions and drive commercial initiatives.
