Moss is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store performance and deliver an exceptional customer journey. You will mentor the team, drive sales, and ensure stock control and merchandising standards align with Moss’ standards.

With a strong background in retail, you’ll guide colleagues, recruit where needed, and leverage data to continuously improve store performance while upholding Moss values and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experienced in retail operations and customer service.
• Knowledge of global fashion trends and inclusive tailoring.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into store improvements.
• Experience creating brand-aligned visual displays.
• Understanding of retail business growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• As a store leader, deliver outstanding in-store customer experience with Moss Steps of Service.
• Drive productivity by modelling an environment targeting at least one transaction per hour.
• Lead and develop the team; coach and give feedback to drive KPI achievement.
• Utilize sales data to inform interactions and decisions for customer satisfaction.
• Oversee stock deliveries and stock control to minimise loss and shortages.
• Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards to enhance customer experience.
