Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, merchandising and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
