You’ll recruit, train and develop a high-performing team while upholding health and safety, stock control, and brand standards across trading periods. This role requires strong leadership and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver the required consumer experience.
• Manage controllable costs and efficiencies to proactively improve profitability.
• Responsible for the management of the sales floor during trading hours.
• Plan staffing levels against trading plan and manage rotas.
• Recruit, develop and train a high performing and highly engaged team.
• Manage Health and Safety procedures in store and ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure store compliance with all company and legal requirements.
• Drive the implementation of key initiatives within store to achieve objectives.
• Store to achieve KPIs such as sales, conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a personal development plan and performance reviews.
