Job summary

UGG - Ashford is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and brand experiences. You will help coach teammates, manage daily operations, and uphold store standards to meet revenue goals.

You will train staff, oversee visual merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and security, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a people manager in a Retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey brand vision to team and customers.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate people, resources and services.
• Proven problem-solving ability to work through challenges.
• Agility to adapt during peak business periods.

Responsibilities
