UGG is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Ashford store. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage the team, drive customer-centric experiences, and deliver on brand standards while navigating diverse business priorities.

You will support training, operations, merchandising, inventory, and staff scheduling, ensuring excellent service and achievement of budgeted goals. The role demands strong leadership and agility during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a people manager in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey brand vision to team and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet business goals.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to busy periods and business needs.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve targets.
• Deliver best customer service and uphold brand and product knowledge.
• Open/close the store, secure assets, and manage labor scheduling.
• Oversee training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory, store administration, and customer service.
