UGG in Ashford is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop the team, deliver exceptional customer service, and live the Deckers Brands values across the store.

You will support training, scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations, including opening/closing, securing assets, and addressing customer needs while staying ahead of seasonal priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a people manager in a Retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate, people, resources, and services in order to address business goals and needs
• Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, especially during our busiest time of the year.

• Deliver the highest level of customer service and maintain product knowledge.
• Plan labor schedules, open/close store, and secure assets.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store administration.
