Qualifications

• Experience leading managers in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to analyse data, interpret KPIs and drive improvements.
• Proven track record delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers to ensure a great in-store experience for customers at all touchpoints.
• Plan for upcoming trading activity in partnership with the store leadership team.
• Be fully accountable for the store in the absence of the store manager and coach for high standards.
• Oversee operations at checkouts, petrol stations (if applicable) and back-of-house services.
• Manage performance, scheduling and pay, and handle disciplinary matters when needed.
