Lewis-Manning Hospice Care in Highcliffe is seeking a Shop Manager for the Highcliffe House Clearance store. You will lead a busy charity retail operation, drive sales, create eye-catching displays, and manage staff and volunteers to deliver an outstanding customer and donor experience.
You'll bring retail management experience, strong people skills, organisational ability, and a passion for visual merchandising. A full driving licence and own transport are preferred.

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and commercially minded Shop Manager to lead our fabulous Highcliffe House Clearance shop. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy retail environment, loves visual merchandising, and enjoys inspiring a team to achieve great results.
No two days are the same in charity retail. One day you could be creating a stunning window display, the next uncovering a hidden gem in a donation bag, coaching volunteers, or celebrating a record sales day. If you’re someone who rolls up their sleeves, leads from the front, and enjoys working hard while having fun, we’d love to hear from you.
As Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring it looks amazing, performs brilliantly, and delivers an exceptional experience for every customer and donor who walks through the door.

While Highcliffe will be your home store, there may occasionally be opportunities to support other Lewis-Manning shops during holidays or unforeseen absences.
