Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, aligning with Leadership and Company Principles.

• Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Deliver the best customer experience every time they visit your store.
