Lidl GB in Swansea is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead our store team, uphold Lidl's standards and ensure a great customer experience. You’ll motivate staff, manage daily operations, and drive performance during shifts across early mornings to late evenings.

You’ll also develop colleagues, oversee stock and cash processes, and step in for the Store Manager when needed, all while earning a competitive hourly rate and benefiting from Lidl's generous employee programs.

• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
