Job summary

Ideal candidates will be 18+, with prior team-lead or management experience in a fast-paced retail setting, strong communication, and a commitment to inclusive service and community wellbeing.

• Ability to build positive, inclusive relationships and keep the team informed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great in-store customer experience.
• Work across all areas of the store and assist colleagues with day-to-day queries.
• Coach colleagues, give feedback and model excellent service.
• Lead the store in the Manager’s absence and make balanced, flexible decisions.
• Support customers and communities with a focus on inclusive service.
