Tesco is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily store operations, coach colleagues and ensure a high standard of customer service. You will lead duty shifts, coordinate a fast-paced retail team and support store performance while ensuring safety and compliance. Minimum age 18+ and flexible hours are available.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of £15.59 with additional payments depending on location, and much-dreaded opportunities for flexible hours from 12 to 16+ hours per week as needed.
