Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to lead store teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise operations across all store areas, mentor colleagues, and ensure service standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Leading the store team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with colleagues; acting as the go-to person for day-to-day queries.

• Confidently leading the store in the Manager's absence.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role-modeling great service.
• Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve customers and communities.
