Job summary

Tesco is looking for a Shift Lead to help run our store in the United Kingdom. You’ll lead a small team, coordinate daily operations and ensure customers receive great service from start to finish.

We offer a minimum guaranteed 16 hours per week, with shifts scheduled in advance. The role requires strong teamwork, effective communication and a passion for creating an inclusive shopping environment.

• Experience in a team lead or management position within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
