Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead in the United Kingdom. You will lead the store team to deliver a great customer experience, working across departments and supporting colleagues in daily operations.

You'll be the go-to person for issues, coach team members, and step in for the Manager when needed. Availability includes early mornings and weekend shifts, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and hourly pay from £15.59 to £16.86.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and meeting customers' needs.
• Build positive, inclusive relationships to support the team.
• Clear communicator, using varied methods to keep the team informed.
