Iceland Foods in Croydon is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support the management team, aiming to deliver consistent results and provide the best place to shop and work. You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour that you shift manage the store.

As Shift Manager you will lead, engage and develop the team, ensuring strong product availability, efficient shift planning, and adherence to cash and security policies while maintaining excellent

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback when needed to improve the performance of every colleague.
• Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.
