Iceland Foods Ltd in Clydebank is seeking a committed Shift Manager. You will support the management team to deliver consistent results and be the best place to shop and work. You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour that you shift manage the store.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, maintaining availability, and driving sales while nurturing a positive, inclusive team culture and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues to deliver tasks first time.
• Plans and organises the shift using every team member.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance.
• Sets the pace on shift by being hands on to deliver a great store.
