Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a Supervisor to help run the shop floor with a focus on delivering excellent service and strong store presentation. You will support colleagues across shifts, assist with opening/closing and till operations, and uphold brand standards throughout daily store tasks.

The role emphasizes team support, customer engagement, and adherence to visual merchandis ing and operational guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold high service, presentation and store standards.
• Strong interest in retail with good product and trend awareness and ability to promote company values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
