Job summary

JDSports is seeking a Supervisor to help run the shop floor, delivering high service standards and supporting colleagues across each shift. The role focuses on maintaining brand presentation, supporting daily operations, and upholding store performance under Store Management guidance.

The successful candidate will bring supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward customer service and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading teams in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Strong attention to detail to uphold service, presentation and store standards.
• Interest in retail trends and ability to promote company values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
