Tesco Shift Lead role in our stores is focused on delivering a great customer experience. You’ll lead the team across store areas, coach colleagues and handle day-to-day queries with a solutions-oriented mindset. This role fosters inclusive relationships and requires you to step in for the Manager when needed.

Availability and hours are scheduled with a minimum guarantee of 16 hours per week, with shifts that may start early or run late. You must be 18 or over to apply.
