Office Angels is seeking a highly organised Service Delivery Executive to join the Retail team in Basingstoke. You will manage customer orders, coordinate with logistics, and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate data and timely deliveries.

You'll work closely with customers and internal teams, delivering exceptional service, handling queries, and generating reports. This role offers hybrid working within a global organisation and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and validate customer purchase orders accurately within set service levels.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor orders and deliveries and proactively resolve issues.
• Support key retail accounts with exceptional service and clear communication.
• Update product information with input from product, marketing and vendors.
• Maintain CRM systems and customer portals with accurate data.
• Produce reports and administrative documentation as required.
• Handle inbound queries via phone, email and internal systems.
• Escalate issues to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
