Bleckmann UK is hiring for a permanent, full-time daytime Service Delivery role. You will own service delivery, ensure SLAs are met, support client needs with solutions, and monitor deliveries with data-driven improvements.

Based on hybrid working in the UK, you will liaise with carriers, handle queries and invoicing, and contribute to ad hoc projects. The role offers a salary up to £27,500 plus generous benefits and career progression.

Qualifications

• Proactive and analytical with strong ownership.
• Independent work ethic and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Excel; experience with JDA and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own service delivery and ensure SLAs are met.
• Support client needs and provide solutions.
• Monitor deliveries and analyse data for improvements.
• Communicate performance updates to clients.
• Liaise with carriers and coordinate ad hoc collections.
