Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Service Delivery Executive in Basingstoke to ensure accurate purchase orders, timely communications, and strong cross-team collaboration. You will coordinate delivery slots, monitor orders, and support customer relationships while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and SAP is advantageous.
• Strong planning and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Confirm and process purchase orders accurately within SLAs.
• Coordinate with logistics to secure delivery slots and meet customer needs.
• Monitor daily deliveries and take corrective action as needed.
• Collaborate with product marketing and vendors to upload accurate product information into portals.
• Support Account Directors in managing customer relationships and reporting.
• Manage all incoming customer communications with professionalism and clarity.
• Escalate issues promptly for swift resolution.
