• Confirm and process purchase orders accurately and within SLAs, ensuring pricing is correct.
• Collaborate with logistics to secure delivery slots and meet customer needs.
• Monitor deliveries, confirm completion, and take corrective action when needed.
• Upload accurate product specifications into customer portals within SLAs.
• Support Account Directors in managing customer relationships.
• Assist Merchandisers with day-to-day activities.
• Complete reporting, profiling, and CRM administration on time.
• Manage all incoming customer communications with professionalism.
