A leading catering company in Central London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead a talented team in delivering world-inspired street food. You will manage a brigade of 16 chefs, ensure kitchen operations run smoothly, and maintain high standards of food quality. This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef, strong knowledge of world cuisines, and a passion for culinary excellence. Contract includes paid overtime and a Monday to Friday schedule, with competitive compensation.

Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm | 40 hours per week
