Cys Security Ltd. is seeking a Security Officer to create a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will stay calm under pressure, lead with professionalism, and combine strong situational awareness with a warm, customer-focused approach to protect people and assets while delivering great service. You'll be a visible presence on the shop floor, respond to incidents, manage risks, and use store tech such as mobile reporting and body-worn

Formación

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.

Responsabilidades

• Keep stores safe and secure, preventing loss and responding to incidents.
