Lodge Service is seeking a Security Officer to protect staff, customers and stock at client sites. The role focuses on preventing theft, upholding safety standards, and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA license, has UK right to work with a 5-year history, and presents a smart, professional appearance. Retail security experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Use ASCONE for shoplifting prevention where applicable.
• Ensure the safety of employees and customers on premises.
• Maintain a visible deterrent presence to enhance security.
