Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Retail Security Officer for ASDA stores across multiple sites. The role protects people and assets while delivering first-class customer service in line with Mitie and Asda values.

Training is provided, and you will be supported by the National Operations Centre (NOC) with shown technology such as body cameras and reporting tools. A full programme of mandatory training includes MAYBO and required licensing; on-site duties require vigilance and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred.
• SIA License required.
• Trackable 5 year work history.

Responsibilities

• Protect the ASDA store, its people and assets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Follow Mitie and Asda values and use technology to report incidents.
• Maintain professional conduct and complete incident notebooks as required.
